Recipe for Jamaican Brown Stew Chicken or Curry Chicken Pattie?

Anybody ever made either of these? Trying to make something similar to what is found in Congo Square area at Jazz Fest.

Fortunately, a Jamaican restaurant has returned to Lafayette, so I just hit them up.
