We went to New Orleans for the NC game and really liked this drink from their bar on Bourbon street, but looked on their website and unfortunately it's a flavor they don't have a mix for sale on their website for. Does anyone know the recipe for it? Thanks.

What is a replacement for the amaretto/ pineapple mix if I do not purchase the FT brand?

Amaretto and pineapple juice I would assume.

Will say that this thing is ridiculously sweet, serving it right now and it taste like straight king cake icing.
