To all the haters... we boiled some today in clean water for 5 minutes and then tranferrred them to seasoned water at 150 degrees to soak for 15 minutes. Easy to peel and tasted great.
We boiled all the seasonings and the add ins before we let the water cool.

Congrats. You wasted 2 pots for something that only needs 1. 
I'm not hating on how they tasted, I'm just saying it's a waste of time unless you're boiling at a restaurant.
