I looked up real wasabi to see if I could find any powder in the US and this place is selling plants. Based in Oregon. I don't think I will try my luck though. LINK

Fresh wasabi is really freaking good. Has a sweetness that you just don't get with the powdered atrocity that gets passed off on us.

I like the frozen stuff, some call it pickled, I’m not sure but it is more salty than the paste. It is excellent
