It's palatable. Nothing special, but don't say that out loud in Lafayette

It's ok.... drinkable, but nothing special
As far as local breweries go, Parish>>>>>>>LA13

It's nothing taste-blowing. It's a simple beer. Refreshing on a hot day, after yard work, and would be great to have in cans at a pool or something.
Same basic principles that Parish uses Canebrake for. An easy drinking beer that even your BMC drinkers can enjoy, and may opt to buy instead of the international brand because it's local. Such beers allow the craft breweries to bring in cash to reinvest in things they want to experiment with.
Andrew still has to dedicate a large chunk of his operations towards Canebrake because it's a great mass seller, and the Knott Brothers are now having to do the same with Ragin Cajun because it's their mass seller.

I don't know where you live, but the vast majority of Lafayette couldn't care what your thoughts on a beer are, except I suppose for the neck-beard hipsters.

1)You realize that this is a thread asking for thoughts on the beer right?
2) It was meant as a joke.
Lighten up Francis
