Pickles, mayo, Tabasco, mustard, celery, salt and pepper, a little Worchestershire (not much), and let it chill over night.

First day back in the gym after my 5 weeks off due to shoulder. Hit the seated calf raise apparatus after my main workout. between squats/deads/calves...well walking sucks today. Hurts so good

Did ya do light weight, high reps, slow decline with a pause at the top?

My calves don't get blasted to the point where I can't walk. But they keep #Gainz'n with that routine.

I just threw on 90 pounds and did a few sets of 12,10,8 I think. Seated calf raises are a lot more difficult than standing I haven't done any sort of calf work...well ever, really. So they're definitely bitching at me today.

Bus gave me this recipe for Chicken Parm, and even though I took some artistic license with one my ingredients, the dish will not be found in contempt in Judge Beepbeep's Keto Court.
