Calves can be done everyday.
I do high reps and light weight, with real slow negatives, holding at the top
Works pretty well.

Used to have huge calves...when I herniated my disk in lower back 10 years ago I have one leg that just doesn't not gain any muscle due to sciatica...left calve good...right calf like a starving ethiopian.

I should probably just toss in a few sets while squatting and already have some weight on my back. I'm on week 4 of being out due to my shoulder...I really just want to lift something again, I'm going crazy.

frick it...here's my 8 months of keto + working out from last year.
In pic 1 was in April and pic 4 was in December. There was about a 1-2 month break in working out around June-July as I was moving in to a new place etc.

I should have done a pre keto pic like that.
How long were you around the trips? All that weight coming off that fast must have made you wanna smile a little Doldil.

ohh...a long time. I've been a piggy since I was in second grade. I was sitting about 290 when I was 18/19. I'm 32 now and this is literally the best shape I've ever been in during my lifetime.
In those pics above, I was sitting around 225-230. So there's literally only about a 20 pound difference in the first and last picture.

I admire the hell out of people who worked that hard to change their life. Incredible.

Some have dubbed it the Ryno Rustle. Others are referring to it as the Sienna Catalina whalez Mixer

The OT keto thread reminded me that I needed to post up my new #s
306/294.4/220
another .2 down. Considering I went to a wedding the last 2 weekends and got shitfaced and ate too much both times... I'll take it.
