Do you use myfitnesspal or one of the other apps to document your caloric intake?
They can be helpful in determining your caloric intake when you give it your current weight, your goal weight, and a time frame in which you wish to achieve it.

Yeah. That's ideal.
I'm gonna have to track down one of these crazy batteries.
I need to know precise weight for the next one.

I weigh in on wed morning. I get up..take dump and pee...strip to skivvies....step on scale. I don't look at the scale any other time during the week.

Yeah I did a keto calculator when I started and then the first couple days plugged in everything I ate into my fitness pal. That gave me a sense of what I needed to eat roughly to be close to the numbers...I haven't logged anything in there since the 2nd day of the diet. I have a good feel now.

I tend to log in everything everyday to keep track of my macros. I do that though because I try a lot of new keto recipes and it helps me track if certain foods make me feel wonky.

NO Didn't Do Any MEASUREMENTS But Pants ARE noticeably looser fitting and gained a couple belt loop holes. Face and gut have lost considerable chubs. Can't wait till I get back under 180.

I eat a combo of the following foods everyday, nothing else. It's not much variety but it works.. I'm pretty extreme with my diet
protein shake, ground turkey breast, chicken, ground meat, eggs, green beans, broccoli, asparagus, cashews, almonds

I've got a cucumber and tuna salad.
Cucumber makes a good round platform for chicken and tuna salad.

I agree
Never was much of a cucumber fan though.... I like pickles...
I considered adding pickles to my diet but why mess with a winning formula?

I was like that in the beginning but after a month of wating the same foods over and over again, I needed the change.
