1800 calories per day. I quit drinking beer and I eat every 3 hours. It's worked really well. 25-30 minutes of jogging daily too.

Do you use an app like myfitnesspal to track your calories? Also what kind of beer do you like?

Same one. You are lucky. I got into craft beer recently and the calories are ridiculous.

My problem is I really like imperial stouts. Some are close to 500 calories. I've been drinking ipas almost exclusively lately with a few sours thrown in.

So June 6th marked the 1 year anniversary since I started this ketogenic diet. In the entire year, I think I only hit 100g carbs about 3 times.
I wanted to celebrate with a cheat day blowout, but instead I decided to try the "carb nite solution" style weekly carb refeeds. Hopefully, I can get some hormonal reset (leptin, ghrelin, etc) and break thru a long standing plateau. So after a night that included a Bevi shrimp po-boy, some Casa Garcia chips and bean dip, and then some donuts and cookies, I'm still standing. I'm gonna try a few more refeeds (protocol says one every 5-7 days) and see how it goes.
