do a push-up, do a line...rinse and repeat

just make sure you don't drip sweat or breathe hard on the pile!

I have been between 260 and 264 for the last 2 weeks. I can't seem to get into the 250's it's frustrating to say the least

No post workout weigh in today since it's my off day. But this is what I was at yesterday after my workout, so I can definitely live with that.

Nearly down 10 pounds after a full week of keto diet. I know damn near all of that is water weight but that's just crazy. I've been drinking nearly 120oz of water a day and eating 2k calories. Also back to working out first thing in the morning (before 6am) instead of 5:30pm after getting home from work.

Now to continue the tend in week 2. Would like to get back to the 213 century mark by next Sunday.

keto is the truth. I feel better in so many ways besides the fat loss.

Keto is low carb right? You guys mind giving an example of what a typical day of eating is like with 2k cals?

an example of a day from me for last week:

Breakfast-

Casserole: 384 calories (Eggs, turkey sausage, zucchini, onions, green peppers) portioned in to 8 servings.

Protein drink: 255 calories (scoop of protein + TBS flax oil + fiber powder)

Snack:

Zucchini + Hummus: 85 calories

Lunch:

Chicken Salad: 550 calories (8oz chicken breast + 2 tbsp mayo + mustard and dill relish)

2 x string cheese: 160 calories

Dinner:

Tilapia Fillets- 80z 200 calories

Roasted Broccoli- 25 cal

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 240 cal used to cook fish + mix with broccoli to roast

more fiber powder

That day wasn't my best...I think I had some hot dogs at lunch too (without the bun) and I ended the day with roughly 27 net carbs (trying to stay under 25) and I didn't have enough fat that day.

This week I've dropped the casserole in place of some bullet proof coffee (using heavy cream instead of butter) and I've got pork chops for lunch and probably some beef tips + chicken chunks + quesadilla cheese to mix up for dinner)

yep, very low carb, adequate protein, high fat

My target macros are 1955 cals, 25g carbs, 135g fat, 160g protein. Carbs are a limit, protein is a target, fat to satiety

here's a typical day for me (myfitnesspal log):

The water weight has stopped dropping, so now for the real fun to begin (after this first stall ends, anyway).

That looks plenty realistic. The wings don't have more than 10 carbs? I assume your lunch is a salad and wings

Most wings have less than 10 carbs. I think that entry in MFP for WOW wings is flawed. For a naked/unbreaded wing, you'll have no carbs, and the sauce if you stick with something like buffalo or parmesan garlic will have 1-2g per 5 wings (citing Hooters and BWW nutrition).

Here are some more daily examples. This first one is a day where I did intermittent fasting. Protein shake right after the workout and then 20 wings for dinner and that was my daily intake. Only things ingested during fasting period were water and black coffee.

And here's an average day. I eat out a lot, cause it's a pain to cook for 1

So do you just get unbreaded wings or as they come? I may try this

gotta go with naked wings, the breading would kill the low carb aspect very quickly.
