Nope and not worried either, I'm not trying to develop a 6 pack of abs just get into shape, fit into my 32" jeans again, and lose some tummy. As I've said before I don't have a "weight" goal but more of a body image goal.

If I had to guess it'd be right around 10. I know I've lost a good amount of body fat and leaned out over the last 2.5 months. I have a friend who can do it but he doesn't have the calipers which are more accurate. I may buy a set and have a friend of mine get a reading on me.
What are you at?

Last time i used a bf scale at the gym it said 7.7 and ive leaned out a good bit since then. Im probaly really 10-12 percent though. At 10 your abs should be pretty visible.

Well, based on your picture you posted a few days or week ago, I'm not where you are. So I'd guess 12? 13? Idk. I really want to know for sure.

I work out at Planet Fitness... They don't believe in scales or judgment or anything like that

What kind of food do y'all bring on vacations? I'm gonna pack the normal.. Chicken breast, turkey patties, cheese, almonds, quest bars.. Anything else y'all recommend packing?

How do y'all do cheat days? Do y'all do the whole day or just a cheat meal on that day? I'm sure just a cheat meal would be conducive to the results I'd want but I'd like to hear y'all's thoughts.

My cheat day isn't so much a change in what I eat, I just drink or go out and eat. Besides that I still eat healthy when not drinking

No effect on my bp that im aware of. I take two scoops.
