Bad day yesterday, 3 bombers of Rogue Hazelnut, a lawnmower, and a abita amber killed what was a good clean day of eating. Plus I didn't go run

Dr. Michael Mosley's Fast Diet. A Fast = 600 cal limit, 2 non-consecutive days in a week. I try to do Monday and Friday to bracket the terrible weekends. It's easy and free. (Didn't buy the book) I watched his PBS special.

I'm with you.... Bomber of Rogue Hazelnut + 2 Old Rasputin Imperial Stouts.... Then I had a cinnamon roll for dessert.... Alcohol does not go well with eating right

Idk if you were around the FBD threads before this month, but I was putting down 2-3 or more a night. Of high quality stuff. Which mean high calories. I was working out and eating fairly healthy with no results. Negative results actually. Since June 1 I've only had 2 beers during the week and I'm down about 13 lbs.

Now tonight I did ruin my diet. But only because a very attractive female invited me to dinner. Women are the devil

I have decided that I just won't keep beer at my house anymore because if it's in there, I'm going to wind up drinking it.

That may work if I hid my keys, right now Rouses is 2 minute drive and they have a decent selection of stuff I like

I don't have a Rouse's but I could get some stuff if I drove a minute or two down the road.. but if it's not in my house I'm fine
