I'm paying even bigger for 3 cheat days. Yesterday wasn't great either.

Plus I have a cold so I have been chowing down on fruit. Going to take a few days to get Atkins ramped up again.

Fell off the wagon this weekend, because of Good Friday and people in town it turned into a 3 day binger. Food wasn't terrible, but ended up boiling crawfish Saturday and drinking a ton of beer.

was last post, that was last Wednesday. Will see where we are tomorrow/tonight for accuracy, currently 173 flat. Realistically, think I could end up around 172.5 tomorrow night, which is still down w/w, but as is generally the case the weekend drinking can easily pretty much wipe out the other 5 days of good eating.

What's each number represent?

Tried figuring this out on my own (and maybe asked earlier in this thread) but can't figure it out.

I didn't eat much at all throughout the day, but the payoff was that I had a nice, big dinner

Well yesterday was a bad day. Today hasn't started off good but I'm not letting another whole day go to waste. I'm back on. I was too scared to weigh this morning.

great read Hulkk, I've said it before on here but your will and determination is truly an inspiration. The first thing you should do every morning is give yourself a big pat on the back! Well done !!!

Its been a rough last few months with a groin injury keeping me off my bike, then I quit drinking and I think I was sympathy eating, with carbs/sweets as my reward. I'm finally feeling good and need to start posting again, it really helps me stay honest.

Ketosis should be kicking back in today or tomorrow. I can't wait, this whole being hungry all the time thing sucks

I agree with those except for #1. If you are eating a deficit, your body is in a catabolic state and over a long period of time, your metabolism can slow down. I do agree that you should keep calorie consumption above 1200 but there's no magical number for anyone..

What Hulk has done is very impressive. I'm more impressed because he started before me and he has managed to keep it off and continue to go lower. He has serious dedication and makes all the excuses I've mAde invalid

Hope to see him around 210-215 by this point next year
