My lowest has been 75. And there's a light at the end of the 250 tunnel, but when i get there I'm going to go lower. I probably want to get to 220ish.

yeah its funny how when your setting your goals a number seems good at the time. Then as you lose weight you re-evaluate it. I am thinking 180 may be about where I need to be or lower

Well I've said all along 250 wasn't my end-game goal. I knew 250 was still chubby, but I felt like I wanted to make something ascertainable first. Although what I didn't think about is that by the time I get to 250, that's 113 pounds I'll have lost, so 30 more won't be that bad I should have done 300, 250, 220.. but I kind of did that subconsciously anyway.

Yeah I'm thinking about resetting my goal to 190. I'll see what 205 looks like first.
My concern now is how to maintain my weight after reaching my goal. I don't want to go back to eating sugars/starches and now I'm accustomed to eating pretty light. Oh well i'll cross that bridge when I get there.

It's good to think about and formulate a plan before getting there. I know I don't want to go back to eating tons of starches/sugars anymore either. I figure 80-100g carbs/day is what I'll stick around. Fruits, and maybe some whole grains. But my diet will still be primarily meats and veggies.

Donut Day was tough. My boss works on the other side of the kitchen. I walked past the table loaded with donuts about 14 times today.

There are almost always people in either pitching proposals or people in listening to proposals which leads to lots of donuts leftover.

I'm grumpy today because I have had a great eating week and didn't drop anything. In fact I gained weight this morning albeit not much.

165.1

I'm going out tonight for my New Job Celebration and I plan to be bad, real bad.

Yeah, same thing has happened to me. Had a good week of eating and I got back over 205 this morning. Oh well, I'll just keep at it.

Looks like Myth is going to be in real trouble next time he steps on the scale.

Gonna break the scale.

It's been two weeks since my last cheat so I was due for one anyway.

It is insane how much my weight can fluctuate after a bad meal.

The trip to Casa Garcia last night hit me with a 3.7 pound gain.

It was worth it.

Back to work for me.

Survived another weekend with relatively no cheats. Finally got into the 270's. I have also decided to drop my goal weight by 10 lbs, so when i get there, i will have lost 100 lbs.

Definitely. I had one nonplateau last over a month. Problem is Xmas is coming up and if I don't lose, it's gonna be extra hard to resist holiday gumbo and other Xmas foods.
