There's a lot of rumors about aspartame. Truth is I don't drink a lot of it. I have maybe 3 coke zeros a week.

I use sweet and low out the yin yang with no problem.

I alternate purchases of sweet and low with splenda.

I hate stevia. I find it disgusting for some reason.

G, I went and ate the dungeness crab last night. That stuff is so delicious!

Yeah, well, I had, uh, ground turkey with a side of water.

Just passed Taco Bell and it took every single shred of my willpower to keep going. I am hungry enough to eat a cow at the moment.

164.6

Slight uptick which pisses me off since I was a good boy yesterday passing up TBell.

I convinced myself to pass up Bell and wait until I reached a new low, but I was actually expecting to hit that new low this morning.

Now it looks like Sunday at earliest if and maybe later.

I'm getting my arse handed to me in the T-Giving Competition.

A bit difficult to stay focused to lose weight when you are under your goal.

I need my copy of Skyrim to get here. That will distract me from hunger all weekend.

Or, how about I kick my foot up your arse to make you stop thinking about eating?

For once CT isn't having to threaten me

I stayed the same weight today. Well, actually a .4 loss but since I'm posting without decimals I say I stayed the same.

Ooooh Nooo the dreaded Plateau. Stuck at 205 since before I left for T-Town. Seems I've hit this plateau in the past, oh well. Push on, work through it,really watch the diet and keep the cardio workouts strong then Thanksqiving I will have some good vittles
