ok clearly this is why i'm stuck at 195 and you're like..in your 140s or something now

eta i do so well low-carb-ing all the way up until a race or ride..then the ride is over and i'm stuck out of town somewhere with a bunch of ravenous cyclist..my willpower drops to ZERO and i'm like OK, I'LL HAVE A QUIZNOS TOO.

PS hulk, etal. if anyone says 'you can't be athletic and do low carb' you can tell them i was one of 12 surviving cyclists (including several pro racers) who managed to finish the sub-four-hour century last saturday. my pre-race "carbo-load"?:

- 7 pieces of grilled KFC fri afternoon
- 16 oz ribeye fri night
- 4 scrambled eggs and 2 sausage (4am sat morning)
- 1,000 gallons of water (well not quite that much)

so all those loading up on pasta so they don't "bonk" on the ride? LIES DAMN LIES AND CARBOHYDRATE-SCARE-STORIES

If I was 140 I would be typing from a mental institution after my parents have me committed. My mom is angry I am back on Atkins but dang it, I am here to finish the job not dilly dally.

eating some pizza now is different from the days of eating "the pizza". just know when to stop cuz sodium is the problem.

Yeah I'm careful. I have really cut back on salt usage as of late (i.e. putting a lot less seasoning on food). That dressing is phenomenal. Best caesar dressing I've ever tasted. Ken's Steakhouse Ranch is my favorite ranch.

The Light Creamy Caesar is pretty good fr those that are Counting calories, not carbs. It's The best low cal creamy dressing I have found. Ken's Steakhouse dressings are definitely legit.

Blurp! I may break the scale tomorrow. Went more than a little overboard on the pizza. The good news is that I can probably now go another year without pizza. The bad news is that I am in agony.

Hell I don't remember.. I think you said that if I hit 250 before football season or something.
Damn plateaus are annoying. I was doing everything right and just not losing... as evidenced by the losses. I will likely shoot up tomorrow though, I had a couple of captain morgan and diet cokes and ate some hot wings at the game. Couldn't resist, first regular season game, saints vs pack.. had to live the experience.. or that's what I'm telling myself anyway
