This fast ends at noon. lmao
I'm just gonna lay off any direct carbs and beer all week. Then, Saturday, I'm gonna drink Greyhounds until my eyes bleed.
I weighed 212 this morning. I'll weigh back in Friday morning.

Whats up guys, been a while since I posted. Been crazy busy at work and that's really the only time I get on. So when I last posted I was about to go on my first vacation of the summer. Well I got a little off track right before, but went ahead and had a Dexa scan done at Tulane the Friday before hand. According to Calipers that morning I was at 11.5% BF @ 184lbs with 163lbs of lean muscle. According to the Dexa scan I was 16% at 184 with 155lbs of lean muscle. Found out that I have a fat head apparently too
it was 25% bf.
Anyways, after vacation I went a little off the rails(ok well a lot off the rails) and got back up to 200 at one point. But I am back at it now and am back down to 187 as of this morning.
I leave for vacation Friday to gulf shores and I should be able to get down to around 184 again but I am sure I will come back weighing 190+.
When I get back I will be going on the whole 30 diet for a food list but running the calories and macros of the get shredded diet. Essentially I will be having nothing but whole food protein sources and green veggies. I am trying to finish the cut strong(should be 6 to 8 weeks) while trying to get a hold of my cholesterol levels which have gotten bad(mainly genetics). I am hoping this combined with the 6 weeks to super hero program from tnation I can make so drastic changes.
Below is from last summer to this summer. Essentially last summer I had gotten fat, I lost some and then during the winter I lost some of it, but in December we had another little baby and I gained all the weight back by February before getting serious. So the picture on the left is essentially what I looked like in February.
Oh and excuse that my drink matches my shorts. I didn't know my wife was gonna take the picture right then(or I wouldnt have eaten 8 pancakes that morning
)

haha yea kinda do, but I am extra dark this year do to Tball practice/games for 6 hours a week all april and may. I actually had gotten too dark. But I don't go to the tanning bed if that was what you were implying. I use too but honestly haven't needed to this year because I have been in the sun so much the last few months.

just did it for this summer. I don't normally, just kind of did it so i could see then veinz, i know, I know. feel like that is a line in Rodney Carringtons " Reasons I aint queer" except its one of the things he is making fun of.
Oh well it looks better imo instead of the jungle on my arms i currently have.

haha It was like 9 in the morning and I wanted something kinda sweet to start with and when I walked to the bar they were advertising that drink and it looked good as shite. Then after my wife took the picture, I was like well.....thats fricking gay, my drink matches my shorts.
