I was told 60 days originally, but 11/17 is supposedly the "late date" for construction to finish. So it could be 3 weeks, it could be 6 weeks. who knows. I just want my 7 minute commute to work back!

Okay tomorrow is back on the train. I have had a terrible weekend personally and just feel like I need to get some frustration out. Hopefully riding the bike, planks, and Pallof press can get me back to where I need to be mentally.

I left my long sleeve shirt at home to ride in today. UGH. I hope I at least have some shorts in the car, if not it perfectly describes my weekend.

Plan on things and just have them blow up and no reason given as to why.

just reset and focus on that, dwelling on bad things will just bring you down.

I've been doing lazy keto the last couple weeks, still eating compliant, but not tracking, I need to get back to that, but things have been stupid busy.
How's everyone's week going?

Good news is I do have a pair of shorts in the car and some shoes that can wear at gym on right now. So all is not lost, but still irritated I left my shirt, I made a point to leave it on the dresser.

Thank you for what you said in the OT post a few days ago. So many people don't understand. I didn't understand, either, til I experienced it. I just wanted to say it meant a lot to me to hear from others who've gone through similar stages. And it really does help to admit it & talk about it.

One more week til I'm back on Vyvanse & have no appetite. I can't waittt. I've been floating at 5-10 lbs above my low weight, and it's pissing me off. I'm ready to lose that & the last bit of weight over the next few months.

vyvanse isnt covered on my nephews insurance anymore, so they took him off this just recently and moved him to adderall. so far, same effect, side effect, I feel like its making more "aggressive" I guess? he's 13. idk, maybe its just a tough age.

I was on Adderall for a year or two, since my insurance doesn't like to cover Vyvanse. It made me miserable. It didn't really help me focus; it just made it impossible for me to sleep. I had to take Adderall to help me wake up, which meant I couldn't sleep again. A vicious cycle. It also made me a lot more anxious and I'd clench my jaw a ton.

Now, I have 4-5 months a year where I have to pay full price (around $300/mo), and the other months it's $40. It's worth it.

They offer BCBS at work, but eh. My plan is a wash. I don’t have any copays for or deductibles doctors or hospitals. Vyvanse is literally my only expense.

How’s it going for you? Still skinny?

Yeah I did not ever do my part now did I?

Yesterday 20 minute ride and 4 x 16 Palof Presses

Today probably just a lift no bike, I do not know. I am not really excited that she may be there or anyone in the gym for that manner, since I am in that mood still.

Been doing good with my no carbs over the last week, save for a whopping two beers I had on Saturday during football. Friend's parents basically have a damn pub in their basement and the man offered me some newcastle on tap. Didn't want to be rude

Buddy is getting married on Saturday and I've been trying really hard to stay on track so I feel good going into it and I'm almost at 6 weeks without missing a workout (Mon/Wed/Fri schedule) I'm feeling good, although still no weigh-ins -- which I'm still not fretting much about because I know if I keep up with the workouts and on keto 90% of the time then I'm going to make progress.
