How many calories in 10 wings, plus 240 of ice cream?
70-90 calories per wing section depending on the sauce. Your sauce is low cal since not butter/margarine based

You're the keto expert

What do you guys flash fry your wings in? Vegetable oil?

If I didn't go strict keto and kept it 50-75g carbs a day would I likely still drop fat?

Dumb it down for me

Is the vegetable oil/whatever oil you're frying them in counted as fat?

Peanut oil is the best.

I don't count fat, or calories from fat, etc.

Just run around 2k or 2,200 and lift. You'll lose weight/get in shape.

Feels great outside.

Kind of weather that makes muh nips wanna cut glass.

Got green tea and stevia until 1pm or so. Coworker brought stuffed bell beepers for lunch. They've got some rice in them, but I'll eat the cat shite once in a blue moon. Don't want to be rude.

You can keep it under 50, still drop fat, and never feel hungry IMO.

Lots of almonds, couple servings of cheese, water, tea, eggs, chicken salad, almond crackers, and a meal at dinner with salad and vegetable for 9-12 months and you should drop most of your weight. I took 40lbs off and have kept it off. I cheat every week too. Sometimes two to three times a week. But I lift.

You're just getting started, or are about to, right? After the 4th month you'll really feel like you're making progress and enjoy the diet, and how it makes you feel.

Not just getting started lifting. I lift consistently 5 days a week at least. Just been pretty lax on my diet the past couple moments. I've never ventured down the low carb trail

The biggest draw is wings. Don't tell me I can't have wings consistently until after 9-12 months

You're so close to your goal. It's hard to get the scale to budge at that point. As long as you're feeling it in your body, trust that.

I have been eating 1900 cals/day minus the bachelor party.
I have not been lifting.
I have not lost any weight in weeks..

Unreal.

I fell out of the habit of waking up at 4:30AM after hurting my shoulder and taking some time off from lifting, I need to nut up and get back to it.

Your body sees your diet as an act of war, so it is retaining as much as possible

After lifting consistently for almost a full calendar year now, it's not a burden like it used to. Now I thoroughly enjoy it and feel like it's almost a necessity to keep me sane.

ETA: Lifting alone might have played a part in me not enjoying workouts. This year I started working out with someone who is in really good shape and extremely smart, so we have really great intellectual conversations during the lifts as well. Before then I was just lifting with headphones and worrying about what workout to do next and what song to listen to.

This is true for me. I'll maintain for weeks, then rapidly drop 5 lbs without any real change in behavior. Constant war of endurance.
