We're going to get banned trying, but I'll join the fight.

I have friends like that. In their 40s and don't fluctuate at all. I was that way until about age 30. From 29 to 32 I went from 165 to 220. Without a change in diet or exercise habits.

Then got back down to 165 at age 36 via divorce and better eating. Hovered between that and 185 for years and then hurt my knee last year and all of a sudden I'm back to 210 in Jan 2016.

Teetotaled until late Feb and cut carbs way down. Lost 20 during ski season. Then went full keto and got back down to 165 over summer.

With alcohol in the picture, it's a battle. If I keep it to ave 2/day then I'm fine. Keto/lazy keto diet itself is a breeze for me.

My heaviest recorded weight was 363 in 2011. My lightest weight in my adult life was 250 in 2013. That was before I got into craft beer.. my struggle is drinking, as well. It's not always a quantity problem, but my urge to eat skyrockets when I drink and my ability to refuse eating when I'm not hungry plummets. Also, boredom. When I get bored all I want to do is snack.

I have started keeping sunflower seeds around for this exact reason. Eat a handful or two over 30 minutes. Helps that boredom eating without many calories or carbs

Yep. And, while adding bourbon to my beer sessions and sticking to Miller Lite (ho-hum) helps, I end up a little too sauced, then.

Not hangover level. But ofen too much to "not have a problem."

Speaking of problem, I can go through a 12 pack of Miller Lite pretty easily on a football day, and be pretty sober. I had't done that in ages until my bro and I were catching up last week. Sheesh. I don't think it was a full 12, but close. Too old for that, but it was fun.
