Pain train was fully derailed this weekend while on vacation. Damage isn't quite as bad as I'd thought it would be, but definitely still damage.

I got fat this weekend.
Hell of a weekend though. This fall has been the best (other than my diet). Can't wait for Friday.

absolutely. Just what I needed.. Work and personal life have both been very very stressful the last few months and I was getting pretty tightly wound. It was great to just go lay out on the beach and have nothing to do, nowhere to be.

I barely ate Monday & Tuesday. I was ravenous today, and craving chicken & sausage gumbo. I went to Jambalaya Shoppe. It was gross

I'm gonna wing it up tonight.
Wings always help me get back on the diet. I'll be honest, I took all of October off from lifting to bow hunt. I don't regret it. It was fun. I need the time to change, because getting up at 4:30 to lift and the sun not coming up for 2.5 more hours after that is rough.
My diet was fine, just didn't lift much. And I drank beer almost every night.
I'll weigh in Friday and see what the damage is.
