Pain train was fully derailed this weekend while on vacation. Damage isn't quite as bad as I'd thought it would be, but definitely still damage.

Pain train back in full throttle. 3 months til wedding Gotta get 250.

I got fat this weekend.


Hell of a weekend though. This fall has been the best (other than my diet). Can't wait for Friday.

absolutely. Just what I needed.. Work and personal life have both been very very stressful the last few months and I was getting pretty tightly wound. It was great to just go lay out on the beach and have nothing to do, nowhere to be.

Getting back to the low carb eating. Gained 12 pounds since flood. Gotta get it off and get on the down swing again.

I feel settled enough in our temporary place to do some prep now. Waiting to see what insurance will pay to see what I want to do with my house.

I had a nice little IF today from 9 last night until noon.

Had pork rinds and chicken salad for lunch.

Anybody eat anything good?

I barely ate Monday & Tuesday. I was ravenous today, and craving chicken & sausage gumbo. I went to Jambalaya Shoppe. It was gross I should have known better.

I'm gonna wing it up tonight.

Wings always help me get back on the diet. I'll be honest, I took all of October off from lifting to bow hunt. I don't regret it. It was fun. I need the time to change, because getting up at 4:30 to lift and the sun not coming up for 2.5 more hours after that is rough.

My diet was fine, just didn't lift much. And I drank beer almost every night.


I'll weigh in Friday and see what the damage is.
