No clue what we're doing this weekend. It's the first in awhile that doesn't involve attending multiple events related to my boyfriend's job. Kinda looking forward to being able to just do whatever, and not have it overly scheduled. Yay.

Baked wings at home. Made a buffalo sauce with Frank's red hot, garlic powder onion powder, and a little hit of mayo to thicken it up. Also made a chili lime sauce with half of the wings in that. Side of glenlivet. Dessert was a shared pint of halo top

I'm finally past my last plateau, and it's pretty nuts.
Every time I weigh, thinking I must've gained some back, I've actually lost more.
At 166 now (down from 210 in Jan). I have very little body fat remaining.

I left my house at 7:30 am yesterday and ate a Kirkland "Quest" Bar and handful of macadamia nuts on the way to a hearing. I accidentally left my bulletproof coffee on the counter. The hearing went until almost 10pm, and I wasn't hungry at the end. My client brought in Chick-Fil-A at our one 15-min break, but I didn't want it.
Didn't eat a bite all day. Granted, I was sitting the entire time, but I was also talking the entire time. Before (keto), I would've been jittery and very weak feeling.
