Hey baws! Some of you helped me out in the sugar thread and I just wanted to update my progress.
I have a desk job (Engineer) and I just desired to break the cycle of nerd and transform into beast. I need to lose roughly 50lbs to be where I want to be.
So far my diet in which I eat the same thing every day macros are this.
171g Protein
33g Carb
1750 calories
Breakfast: Eggs / Bacon , Water 20g Pro
Lunch: 3 Protein Packs (Those P3 things you get at walmart) 42g Pro
Snack: Protein Shake (GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60) 40g Pro
Dinner: 4 Large eggs and 8 oz chicken Breast 69g Pro
Am I doing it right? I made some adjustments from other suggestions in the Sugar Thread.

Had an interesting day yesterday.
Finally signed up with a real gym and went to do a squat session since I can now.. Think I was dehydrated from drinking during the LSU game because I got 2 sets in and felt like shite. Cold, shaky, weak, etc. So I hopped on a treadmill for 20 minutes and left.
Then went to my uncles house for lunch and ate a lot, was worried I over ate. Then I'm the way back I caught a flat tire, didn't get home til 930 so the SO and I just split a pint of halo top..so my calories are good
Up a pound, presumably from over indulging during the LSU game.

Ate like shite this weekend, but then went and walked about 50 miles yesterday at Six Flags and probably sweat out a good 25 pounds of water

I'm not high enough on the food chain to fire people beyond direct subordinates (I'm one of, like, 60+ HR people), so I really don't have advice to give :(
