If I die, it'll be of dehydration. My corpse will look hot, at least. Say kind things at my funeral. Xoxo.

Have a good weekend. Don't die. ;)

shite and weighed this morning. Only down 2 lbs this week which was kinda disappointing.
I didn't measure, but I feel tons leaner so I'm not gonna stop the #painttain. Hopefully next weekend I'll see a big drop

Slow and steady wins the race. Don't worry about huge losses.
I'm gonna crack two hundred in October. Don't sweat specific weights or dates. Just keep the train rolling. The thought of steady progress in the back of your mind feels better than getting frustrated about the scale.

Spent all morning in my attic again. Got my antenna working, frick yeah. I'm not cut out for taht shite, I'll probably spend the $150 to get someone to run a new drop for me if/when I need one in the future

Oh I realized that. I just assumed I was carrying more water weight/bloat and would have a bigger loss the first full week
I'm all aboard though

A week isn't a long time.
After a month, you'll need new clothes.

Did ya end up getting any keto flu symptoms, or were ya able to combat it?

Paper towel roll effect. One paper towel doesn't change the roll much, but after a bunch of paper towels the roll looks smaller.

Then, the hard part's over.

Update:
210/169/170
Not a typo, I actually dipped below my target weight. I mean, I have a good 3lb MOE, but still.
I hit another keto body fat dump recently and dropped another 6lbs in no time. It's probably because I haven't been drinking much at all.
I'm about to start hitting the gym/bike/pool and maybe add a couple lbs of muscle.
I am eating as much as I want. It's just crazy how my relationship to food has changed since I replaced carbs with fat. I just don't crave.
e.g., yesterday I ate:
B:4-egg Omelet with cheese, onion, spinach, tomatoes, and a side of bacon, bulletproof coffee
B2: full-fat greek yogurt, pecans, macadamian nuts, almonds, berries, chia, and hemp (w a small sprinkle of some guilty-pleasure low-carb cereal from Netrition)
L: Avocado w/ olive oil, salt, shake of No Salt and lime, spinach and a little tomato, more bacon (I don't usually binge on bacon but it was there)
D: huge grass-fed ribeye, broccoli, bell peppers, dark chocolate

That is so awesome!!! Great job! Your food for the day sounds incredible.
I lost another lb since yesterday. 6-7 for the week. I've been half assed dieting for months, so I didn't expect to see a drastic loss week like typical new diet first weeks. Yay for IF! And drugs!
I'm finally starting to see it in my body. At my height, I have to lose 20 lbs before it's even remotely noticeable in my clothes or appearance. I still have about 25-30 lbs to go.

Nice--sounds like you're on track!
What I love about the past 9 months (I was 210 on New Year's Eve) is the dogged progress. There was never a starvation period, never long periods without results. And there have been long periods where I definitely was no disciplined and drank too much.
What has helped get over plateaus is the thought, "If I can maintain this without much effort, then I can really see results with just a little more discipline."
I'm sorta the same way re: noticeable--6ft. I can carry it well with my build too, but the visceral fat is so dangerous and feel great to have it gone.
The weight loss is cool and all, but the really fun part is when you have to clear out your entire closet, down to the belts.
I haven't been in the 160s since my "divorce year" 7 years ago. And that was NOT healthy.
(those aren't low carb beers--indulge!)
