They have to be cooked well. I didn’t know that and I tried one small dried one at about 130 today. My innards have been in a bind and making appearances since about 230

Morel after March, probably not a Morel.

They looked right when fresh, buddy got them a week or so ago and dried them in a dehydrator. He had ordered them from an online operation and has been eating on them but cooked. I didn’t know anything about them until things started happening and I read up some. Thought the seasons can last may/June.

Friend,
I have picked morels in May. Why would there not be morels at this time of year? There were plenty of morels ar the grocery store today. I hope our friend’s innards calm down. Thank yiu for spreading the word about raw morels, as they contain hydrazine.
Yours,

That was my impression too that it’s just winding down. These came from up north.
Never again tho…I not even going to cook them. Fuk that

I can’t believe you didn’t know you had to cook morels.
I have ten quart jars full of them dried.
