Been a long time since I’ve eaten down there. Looks like Sartin’s is permanently closed.

Maybe try Tia Junitas’s?

When you get to Port Arthur, set it on fire and burn it to the ground, then go to Lupe Tortilla just outside of Beaumont

The quality at this one is great and they do the salsa fresca. I find it to be better than most of the Houston locations. Admittedly I have only had the beef fajitas.

I would drive to Nederland, TX from BR just to eat Sartin's, twice a year
Was disappointed to find out it was closed.
Was my favorite place to eat

All you can eat..... everything on their menu... $40 (crab claws, fried shrimp, fried fish, hush puppies, bbq crabs, stuffed crab, and french fries)

Miss that place
