So far I have the following sauces
Dave's ghost pepper
Da bomb beyond insanity
Mad dog 357
The end
I need some sauces in the lower spectrum because these would be my 7-10

Spike some honey mustard with just enough cayenne to get to whatever you consider a 5 to be.
Good old Frank's with melted butter to whatever you consider a 5 to be.
Sticky Fingers Sweet Southern Heat is a spicy BBQ sauce you could just as a 3.

The end is certainly the one you want to use for #10
TheEnd is hotter then any of the sauces they use on the show
And I would highly suggest against adding the extra dose of sauce on the last one like they do on the show
You could end up in the hospital with more then 1 or 2 drops of TheEnd on a single chicken wing

Louisiana hot sauce thinned eith butter.
Sweet baby ray's makes a complete line of sauces.
El yucateco mexican hot sauce. I love the black habenero
Any wing sauce mixed 1 part to 1 part hot sauce 1 part cane syrup.
Meh. It's kind of bland though. Just capsaicin bomb.
I find reaper squeezens to be a kick in the balls.
Pro tip, dust a sweet bbq wing with carolina reaper powder.

for lower end mix some Cajun power garlic sauce with crystal or Sriracha. Another good one is lime juice, soy and Sriracha

Straight Frank's isn't even a 5, IMO. Of course, everyone's scale is different, but as someone that doesn't really like super hot sauces, Frank's is perfect all by itself.

One of restaurants along the way did Frank's and liquid margarine. It was 1 part each, as I recall. Sounded odd at the time but it stuck more evenly and not too heavy.
