My budget would be something in the $50 dollar rang
EnRoute Les Pommiers. Made by the folks at Far Niente. It is absolutely delicious.
Etude Grace Benoist Ranch is really good and only $35'ish
Siduri Santa Lucia Highlands in another great wine for $30'ish.
Au Bon Climat always has a unique profile. Very light, tart and some interesting acidity.
Cristom is a wonderful wine from Willamette. I think it is in the $30 range. Get the Mt. Jefferson Cuvee or the Sommers Reserve. The latter might be closer to $45-50.
Penner Ash is another great one from Willamette. I think it is $40.
Lastly, one of my favorites from Willamette is Domaine Serene. The yamhill cuvee should be right at $50.

This has been really helpful, headed to Total Wine now. I'll check back in once I've made a selection and after the tasting with feedback from the group for any interested.

We just got our fall J club shipment. We went there in July, it’s my happy place.

ZD is one of my go to wines in the Pinot noir category. Cool story that they were engineers with last names Z and D and they abbreviated it this way to make it also stand for zero defects.
