You're absolutely right, but Pie Works actually is different. It's about the most gourmet pizza one could ask for. Here's the toppings list. Based on their success everywhere else, I'm sure they'll do fine in BR.

Different is something other than pizza, fried chicken, hamburgers, sandwiches and battered seafood. You can add to the list 95% of the Tex-Mex and Asian places that might as well be franchises, the menus are all identical.
