I ended up getting another Denver instead of another Teres Major (big mistake)
Seasoned and vacuumed sealed

Bone marrow (never made it before, super simple)

Creamed spinach

Even though the Denver was cooked perfectly, and the Teres Major was a little over done, I liked the Teres Major 100x better with no silver skin and more tender. The Denver was full of silver skin.

Which garage sale item paid for these steaks? Ha. Looks delicious except the Marrow looks off to me for some reason

It tastes awesome, I’ve never made it or had it before. I cooked it at 425 deg for 30 mins.
If it’s this good and I have room for improvement, I will buy it all the time

Looks good. Very rich looking meal, did you feel like that? I love marrow and creamed spinach but along with wagyu that’s almost a fat overload to me and I love fat. Would you do all of them together again?

We had salad and potatoes as well, just didn’t photograph it. The marrow was an appetizer we ate an hour before dinner. I love creamed spinach with steak, fix it nearly every time.
