Recently ordered take out from Pho Café. The food was incredible. My sister in-laws in-laws are from Korea and make Pho which is incredible. But i'll be damned if the Pho from Pho café isn't as good or maybe better.

Wife and I both had the well done steak Pho. I also ordered the pork fried rice, and we had the Vietnamese egg rolls as an app. Everything was fantastic. Got all of that for $33 too. Will definitely be getting stuff from here again.

Oh I used to love that place. My SO used to have a condo off of Sherwood and I'd eat there every few weeks.

I like Bao more, but Pho Cafe definitely holds its own.

My office isn’t far away from there. I always thing about going, but never end up there for some reason or another.

I’ll have to grab it soon...

Usually a post like this comes from someone with like 2 posts, not over 30,000. I'm confused.

Also, do Koreans make pho often?

Yes and it's fantastic. Every time they come in town, we are invited over and they make a feast. Homemade Pho, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken, etc...

Because it reads like an over the top advertisement placed by a waiter or owner of the restaurant, although in this case I know it isn't.

Also, that area of town is a Vietnamese hotspot for good food. Little Saigon, Saigon Noodles, Dang's, Viet Garden are all good.

I was pretty shocked, really. Only Pho I've ever really had was from my sis-in-law's family, and it was really good. So I was a bit skeptical of getting some from a restaurant and was pleasantly surprised.

I've been to Dang Tawain many times. Their Pad Thai is pretty good, but my favorite pad thai is from Than Than in Gretna.

Pho Cafe is ok, but Dang’s and Little Saigon put it to shame.

Duang Tawan has some good curry — especially the Choo Chee fish — but the chicken curry at Dang’s is off the charts.
