Pepperoni....underrated?

Pretty versatile and extremely flavorful sausage. Just a little slice goes a long way, if cooked a little to render the fat. And you can save the drippings just like w bacon.
I love mine on a variety of sandwiches. I also make a delicious pepperoni bread with mozerella.
This morning I made pepperoni omellettes with cheese and they were very tasty.
My only issue is that sometimes pepperoni can get a bit salty.

I know I am about to catch so much hell.. but I hate pepperoni. I pull it off pizzas.

You seem very high maintenance

Save em and send em to me.
You and i don't agree on much.

No, but that just adds to my image of you irl

I sorry. I'm not HM IRL. I actually hate people who refuse to try new foods and stuff. It just so happens that there's 2 threads up right now discussing the 2 things I haven't liked since birth

I'm not hating.

reputation ruined by pizza joints.
i get my pepperoni from a local sausage maker that is so much better than anything i've gotten in groceries or on a pizza.

Brevity is the soul of wit.
I fell out of love with pepperoni a long time ago. Very boring, and just creates so much grease on a pizza.

I love my pepperonis on pizza when they are crispy.

I think this is the thing for me too. I am not so much into "American" pizza (cheese, meat, grease, tomato sauce) as I am into fresh veggie pizzas.

I use turkey pepperoni on my pizzas, no grease. If you microwave it on a paper towel it is as crispy and light as air, nice snack.

I'm a fan of the pepperoni. Love a few slices on a turkey sandwich.

Nah. I don't do English things. Way to be rude though Creed.
