Cooking a big pot of chicken, pork and sausage pastalaya tonight at the camp after everybody gets done hunting this afternoon. What dishes/sides go well with it?

Potato salad and white beans are traditional, but I would go with a green salad and or green beans. Garlic bread

For some reason, I typically like corn on the cob with jambalaya. Boil it spice, like you would in a crawfish boil.

I like a fried item. Fried fish, or chicken wings/drummettes. Even naked fried wings are great.

I agree. I feel like its either a meal by itself or used as a side for some sort of meat/fish/chicken.
