Do you think Pastalaya would be good if I subbed the noodles for either cheese tortellini or pork dumplings?

Pork dumplings sounds really interesting. They aren’t really going to absorb the liquid like pasta does. Tortellini might? Why don’t you try a small batch and report back.

they are going to fall apart if you don’t add them at the end, which you could easily do. Try it out and report back
