Parish Tap Takeover at White Star Market

Saw they are doing a tap takeover this week. Never tried Pure Tropics on draft before, tempted to go just for that one beer. Is it legit?

Yes, Pure Tropics is legit.
So is Ghost and DDH Envie.
And get some tacos from Gov't Taco.
ETA: And Reve is really good if they have any of it going on tap.

It's pretty good for beer conditioned with fruit. Ghost IMO is much better. Had it on tap at 504 (New Orleans) and opted for Ghost afterwards.

Steins has a good bit too. For some reason Elios sells out of stuff like Pure Tropics the second it hits the shelves but Stein's always seems to have a good supply. Makes me not want to go to Elios. Don't know if they get limited supplies or just a bunch of fan boys grabbing everything the second it comes out.

IMO Pure tropics is the best beer that Parish has ever made with blood orange envie coming in close. GITM was really the first "juicy" ipa that was popularized in LA and caused a surge in craft beer intrests. Hats off t the marketing team at Parish on how they handled the releases of GITM.
