This Saturday, February 3, after a 6-month hiatus...4XDH Envie is back! PLUS, the first two installments of our Sips series! ????

••• Sips will be a rotational and irrational adjunct series of hops, fruits, and auxiliaries; there is no balance. Extreme is now the normal.

Our flavor combinations of the Sips series will ramp up overtime, starting out as single flavor profiles and ultimately branching into complex culinary interplays.

These initial batches intend to introduce the sips idea, showcasing the textures, flavors, and colors contained within.

••• Limits:
Sips Mango crowlers: 3 per person, $16 each
Sips Raspberry crowlers: 3 per person, $16 each
4XDH Envie four-packs: 2 cases (12 four-packs), $84/case

••• Crowler/bottle sales will be out of the brewery from 10am-5pm. We will not be filling any crowlers of 4XDH Envie. Our Taproom will be open for pours from noon-5pm. Last call for ALL crowlers/bottles/draft pours is 4:45pm. We have a very specific number of crowlers to sell, and once they’re gone, they’re gone, so plan accordingly. We will be running our normal tours at 12, 1, and 2pm. We will have order sheets that we will hand out ahead of time to make the transactions run as quickly and smoothly as possible.

SIPS. A rotational and absurd adjunct series of hops, fruits, and auxiliaries reaching three to four times the amount of additions we've previously used. There is no balance to this series. Extremes are now normal. This is to be a taproom only experience to break up the standard production lineup. The flavor combinations of the #SIPS series will ramp up overtime beginning with single flavor profiles and ultimately branching into complex culinary interplays. These initial batches are to introduce the #SIPS brand, showcasing the textures, flavors, and colors contained within. The initial base beer is one of our 7% abv IPA recipes with an Amarillo, Mosaic, and Simcoe dry hop resting atop copious amounts of fruit. We hope you join us on this journey!

Does ABC not allow online pre-sales or something?

The “ brewery “ sells bottles / crowlers on release days actually from inside the brewery area. The Taproom is open 12:00 - 5:00 for pours, last call 4:45 in the Taproom.

Probably not gonna go to another Parish release until they come up with a better system or have their hours coincide with the tap room hours. Some of their process seems like such an easy fix too.... Oh well, im sure the beer will be great and they will sell a ton of it. Happy muling everyone.

I really like 4X, but $16 for a 4-pack of 12oz bottles is pushing it.

$14 a 4-pack, but I agree. It amazes me that people will likely line up to buy sips Saturday at $16 a crowler. I'm not very excited about the sips series in general

So $14 a piece for envie

I got ya. Reading on mobile made the text look like $16 for the 4X.

So what style of beer is SIPS? This is confusing and that raspberry doesn't look good at all.

Pass, 4X is the worst beer I’ve had from Parish.

According to their Instagram post, it’s a 7% abv IPA base recipe with Amarillo, mosaic and simcoe hops resting atop copious amounts of fruit.

It doesn’t interest me much tbh

It’s definitely not worth fighting over. The Bloom releases in April though will be a different story
