For those that can get there now, do. Last night the mahi mahi and wahoo entrees were unbelievably good. Combined with the roasted oyster dish (the best I've ever tasted), the meal was the best of the year.

Chef Gabe at Zuzul Coastal Cuisine in Shreveport is turning out some nice fish if you want to drive over in I-20. Halibut was fantastic. Grills a mean ribeye too. Make a reservation; the place is usually packed.

Parish is about as good as it gets imo.

Corey does a fantastic job there. Been probably 10 times and I’ve never been disappointed.
