It’s been open about a month or so. Anyone in town desiring a fine quality, upscale meal should try it. The food is, as expected, fantastic, with good service. Parish

Interesting. The Bellegarde bread is phenomenal.
Snapper sounds good.

He can cook fish with ANYONE in the state.
All pasta is made onsite. And excellent.
When he opened the doors, he automatically had the best food in the state, outside the best Nola has to offer. My opinion.
And , he’ll offer a fish special depending on availability. Two weeks ago, the wahoo was off the chart good.

I was at Boudin, Bourbon, and Beer a few years back and he had the best offering. Baw can throw down.

Looks great! I worked on a project in Monroe about 6 years ago or so (I don't remember exact dates), but it was around the time when Cotton first opened. It quickly became my "go-to" restaurant when I had to spend time in Monroe.
Is he still affiliated with Cotton?
Anyway, looks like I'll definitely hit up Parish if I find myself in or around Monroe.

I had several excellent meals at Cotton back in the days, when business had me in Monroe from time to time.. He did a fantastic shrimp n grits.

Looks really good. Might have to make the drive up to try it out.

I actually have plans to try it tonight. It's imperative that I make it before Corey wanders on the next project and this one goes south too in his absence.
