He quit his day job a few months ago when they started operating the new Parish brewery from what I understand.

His Barley Wine was great and I know he wants to bring that to the public just hasn't had the space before now.
I'd love to try his pumpkin beer. Do you know if it was a pumpkin ale or a pumpkin stout? Louisiana doesn't have any brewers (Nola, Abita, Covington, Tin Roof, etc.) that do a pumpkin beer, correct?
