Recently had my first tasting of Pappy, and loved it. I've searched around Destin and no one of course will sell you a bottle. Anyone on here happen to have a bottle they are willing to part with? Would like to have a bottle to share with my buddies before my wedding.

Depending on the year and age, it can be perchased on the second hand market for $350-_$1800

Don't know when the wedding is but heres an idea. In the spring Calandros supermarket (corner of perkins and siegen) gets 2 bottles. They sell raffle tickets for the "right to buy" a bottle at $250. Check with them as they may not have done it yet or they may get additional in the fall. I gave up trying a few years ago.

FYI you're looking at at minimum 1200 for a bottle of the 20yo

I just listened to an episode of the Criminal podcast that was about Pappy and the theft of a bunch of it a few years ago.
They talked to Brett Anderson (Times Pic restaurant critic), who couldn't source any for a wedding gift. They also talked to several folks in the business about the crazy demand and what douches some customers are. One bar owner got so fed up he used his annual allotment to make $10 jello shots. Death threats followed. Interesting show.
