I eat specks freshly caught (by friends) in Louisiana. My usual seafood purchase is grouper, cobia and wahoo from Mandeville seafood market.

Maybe once. I typically buy fish entrees that I don't always catch when we go fishing, such as tilapia!!

just kidding! Tuna, Salmon, etc etc etc

Yep. I used to buy fresh farmed redfish from Texas and the carribean and fresh wild redfish from Mississipi and the Carolinas. It's a gamefish here in LA.

Honduras also farms Tilapia.
