It is the worst "sports bar" chain restaurant period. Hooters is infinitely better and I consider hooters pretty bad.

The food is just awful. The wings are the only thing that is even remotely edible, the burgers are terrible.

Walk On's is much better than BWW's if we're talking generic sports bars. Plus BWW is notorious for having the worst service

You all forgot to mention that it is the worst damn service in the world.
The one up here in Bossier city sucks arse. I have walked out of there without payin three times.

Only place i have ever been to, where i have been so fed up with a number of shite, that i just simply have to leave before i freak out.

I was forced to go on all occasions.

Boneless wings never have sauce, for those that get them. Regular are usually cold and little.
Beer comes in dirty glasses..

I don't go to look at the crowd. I want to watch games and drink a beer. I don't give a crap about the people around me besides the people at my table. There are tvs everywhere and I can watch for my ff players.
Rohan- who gives a shite about the UFC culture and their fans? If I like to watch something, who cares? are they affecting you? Quit being so judgemental and go back to watching DDD and people stuffing their face with shite.
I love Mom and Pop places but forgive me for wanting to catch 4 games at 1 time. I only have 1 tv at my house. sorry im ot poor.
Walk ons is ok. there aren't enough tvs at the one dt. IMO

if i'm a sheep, oh well. i like modern and new things.. baaaa.
if you have a iphone, maybe you should look at yourself.

As far as NATIONAL sports bars/chains, you've got bww, hooters, applebees?

yardhouse is pretty national and it blows those out of the water. Are there taco macs outside of GA?

i don't frequent bdubs (hattiesburg) as much as i did 4-5 years ago, but i don't have any major complaints. but, i am the type of person that can drink domestic beers, eat junk food and watch sports with a couple of friends and not feel like a second class citizen

It's a decent place to go watch a game with friends and have some beers, they have usually 18 beers on tap which is better than most places. The service is awful, food is subpar and the crowd is generally what you would think a place serving cheep chicken would attract. The ones in BR are un go to able for nfl games because of the "steeler fans" that take over the place.

That being said I don't think ive been there in years, certainly better places to go, in Br TJ ribs being my go to for wings beer and football viewing

So you're saying you care absolutely nothing about atmosphere? I say you're full of shite.

Are they affecting me? Well, that could be interpreted loosely. They're dragging down our society and helping to spoil the gene pool. There's a couple things right there.

Oh the irony.

Shall I start listing all the bars and restaurants in New Orleans that have multiple TVs showing multiple sporting events at one time? I only have a few hours of free time today.

which bww did you go to, to have such a terrible time? you sound like a blast to hang with.

Oh the irony.

you act like i would go there everyday or all the time. I barely even eat fried food or wings.

name them.
cooter browns and walk ons are the only ones I really go to to watch a game.

I was actually surprised that you hate Bourdain b/c you come off as pretty damn pretentious on here.

Only good thing I've read in this thread.

Only time I ever go to BWW is when I'm in Alexandria. Its either that or Texas Road House. The crowd sucks, but me and a couple buddies go sit at the bar, drink a few beers and eat a few wings while watching a game.

BWW isn't as terrible as the hate it gets on this board. They have a great set up and cheap beer. I'm not into UFC, but if you are then it's a good spot to watch the fights. If there was a Plucker's in LC I would probably never go to BWW. Their Thai Curry sauce is legit though.
