Are you serious? I have never been to this place but printing stuff 100% does cost money. If it something printed on high stock and laminated, that is not cheap.
I hate added fees though, so they should just up their prices and print new menus.

I have no problem if you clearly advertise the fee before I order. Let me decide if I still want to order,
Like booking a hotel online, you pay the final bill. Then arrive to the hotel and they tell you it will be an additional $20 per night. It would have been better to show me that resort fee before I booked.
