OK to season turkey night before?

I am planning on oil less frying a turkey tomorrow, but will be pressed for time tomorrow am. I am going to inject it tonight. My question is is it OK to season the outside tonight also? Or could this potentially dry it out?

you should be fine if doing oil less frying, that wont wash any seasonings off it
