Do some research Einstein.
I managed a grocery store for 2.5 years. I still work in grocery stores as a vendor now. Places that have butchers and prepare their own stuff grind cuts themselves. Stores like Walmart get everything shipped to them already wrapped. We did not. Butchered whole primals and ground everything fresh every day. Kept meticulous grind and cleaning logs for every grind.
Please tell me how I don’t know what I’m talking about

From your link. “Not all” and “many” don’t mean most of the stores don’t grind their own.

Exactly. You’re posting empirical evidence of your experience of actually managing a grocery store. Martini is merely posting frivolous drivel, as usual. Talk about a worthless poster.

I don’t think that is what he is trying to say, sport.

Interesting since it’s literally what he said, sport. From the post I originally replied to:

Most grocery stores aren’t grinding their own fresh meat anymore either.

Janky hit his head a while back and thinks he’s living in the F. Scott Fitzgerald novel The Great Gatsby.
Bless his heart.
Bless his heart.

You would miss me..... Just admit it. Janky would too. Jones knows I love him and will be the ring bearer for him and LouisianaLady. Janky was going to let me be his, but he lost the ring in a tragic sous vide accident. He doesn’t like to talk about it.

I’d still have Pawl, 08, S and Lester. It’s all the same schtick.

Mine has a caring touch, and I actually love you. You know that.

I can't help but notice a reoccurring theme,in that it's people who used to shop at LeBlanc's that don't like Rouses.
But the one on airline at Antioch is brand new and is extremely busy everyday, so what gives?

Simple, Leblanc’s was a much better store than rouses will ever be, for years all the people in NOLA have been touting how great Rouses is, well, it is shite compared to Leblanc’s, for the people who never knew any better, they like rouses, for those of us that had better, it sucks having to go to a second rate store

That Rouse's is my go to store, but they are very careless managing perishables, so I pick and choose what I buy there. For instance, the other day I wanted a dozen jumbo eggs. I had to stand there and go through about six boxes before I found on without cracked eggs, and when I got home I found that I missed one. The produce is hit or miss and I bought stuffed potatoes from deli, they were dry and inedible.
My wife is more familiar with the store because she does most of the shopping, but we had coffee on the grocery list, we always buy whole bean. So I go to the coffee aisle, no whole bean dispenser, confused, I ask an employee (the employees are helpful), who tells me it is in the fresh vegetable section. Stupid me, looking on the coffee aisle for coffee.
I do like the fresh shrimp, the peeled shrimp, the beer selection, the fried chicken, the store is always clean and they never let you stand in linbe very long.
