Do they work as well as the food saver brand ones? Is it worth saving the money? which one do you use and recommend

Preferably ones available on Amazon

I've read that they often work better and I'm being serious.

100' of 11" roll for $18 is tempting me

Compared to 48' of foodsaver brand for $28

I ordered some that didn't work well for some reason. I have a new foodsaver, now, though, so I'm going to give them a try. They didn't seal all the way or something.

I've used the ones on Amazon with good results, although I can't vacuum and seal the twelve inch bags like normal. I have to seal the tops in each corner to make a skinnier opening then vacuum seal. I'm not sure if it's the bags or my food saver.

They work great. I get the Food Vac Bags and they are just as good as foodsaver and about half the price. They also have great customer service, they send a follow up email after purchase. Once I thought I had a bad batch so I responded to their follow up email and they immediately mailed me 200 more bags free. Turned out i just needed to clean my Foodsaver. Bags were fine.

Thanks for that info. I don't know which kind I ordered, but next time, I'll go with the Food Vac.
