What ever happened to the LSU proff that was oyster farming at Grand Isle,

Pollock was my biology 1202 prof. at LSU.

Always forget he does this now.

He’s selling seed to other farms and harvesting for restaurants. Very nice guy. The LSU marine biologist know their stuff. My business partner is a retired professor. We grow some mighty tasty oysters in Ft Morgan.

I had him for 1202 in 2009. He must’ve been put up for tenure and been denied or something along those lines because each class he’d complain about how little he got paid. Glad he found a way to supplement his income
