Ninfa's on Navigation second location
which will feature the original menu and their much missed Green Sauce.
And a mention of a fast food version Ninfa's Tacos and Tortas.
I hope they do really well. Last trip to Houston we ate at one of the barely surviving ones, and the magic was gone.
Her off the menu specials need to come back. Too much of North America is eating fajitas that are wandering away from the good recipes that used to be out there.

Tried it once (on Navigation). I prefer El Tiempo, personally. Carne Asada La Tana

They already expanded and failed in the 90s.

Ninfa’s on Navigation and the two other planned expansions have nothing to do with any other Ninfa’s in the country.
OG Ninfa’s has great redfish and octopus tacos, but her grandson’s fajitas at El Tiempo are head and shoulder better.

Those were franchise types, not from the original family.
These new ones will be the original family.
All that being said, I prefer El Tiempo, but do love Ninfas
