Hot dogs hopefully. I doubt I will be sober enough to even fix something simple as this though.

Smoked a couple chuckies also to supplement the charcuterie and snacks this evening since brisket is on for tomorrow.

Just the wife and I.
Prosciutto wrapped asparagus as an appetizer. My new favorite thing.
1 rack of lamb and 4 lamb chops sous vide and finished in cast iron pan. Too rainy for grill since patio isn’t covered.
Mushroom risotto as the side.
Plenty of leftovers for hangover lunch.

Rombauer Chard while cooking and dinner
Vueve for after dinner and midnight.
Lots of Grey Goose sprinkled throughout.

Lamb chops were great. Should have done the rack of lamb in the oven. The meat was great but the fat didn’t do well with the sous vide.
