New smoker (toy)... rolling smoke today!

Got a new smoker primarily to feed our guys on job sites across the state. However... going to have some fun at the house with it as well.

The smoker picture looks confusing, is that a reverse flow with a vertical/warmer on the side that's the end of the heat plate?

Brisket was out of this world—
Smoker has a huge water tank under it that boils and uses steam and smoke.
Chicken was seasoned with lemon pepper on one batch, salt and pepper on another, and a tequila lime seasoning on the other. Got food for days here.
